• We strive to please our customers in any way. Custom orders in are ideas presented by you; the customer, but designed by us the glass artists.
  

  In order for us to have an idea of what you want, we will need several details of the item you want made including the dimensions, colors, and of course what it exactly is that you want made. It is also very helpful to send a photo or scanned drawing.

• A 50% deposit is required for most glass custom orders. A full payment may be required on certain personalized items, such as names, dates, or anything out of the ordinary. Once you submit your ideas to us, we will get back to you and arrange more details and discuss the price. Please allow plenty of time for your custom order. We will let you know how long it will take us to get the item made and shipped to you.

Be sure to require the following details: Try to be as specific as you can. It will also help to attach a picture or a sketch in the email of the design you have in mind.

We will contact you back via email; or another way if specified, to arrange the rest of the steps to get your custom order.

If you desire a lot of color, detail, or painting detail, we will need to consider this into the price of the glass piece being made.

When we do custom order, we may need six to eight weeks to finish the items.
