Custom Orders

Custom orders are greatly appreciated. They are considered with ideas presented by you, the customer, but designed by us the artists. We make every effort to please with ideas that you submit. Some ideas are not possible due to technical problems. Some items are very easy to make for us, but certain things that might seem possible are not. Certain textures do not show well with glass. When we design an item we have not made yet, sometimes takes several tries. We have to figure out what order to make the item, such as front to back, or top to bottom. If an item is not made in the right order, it will break before it is finished. Texture, color, and size is very important as well.
We need details, length, width, height and color that you want in order to give an estimate for an item. It is very helpful to send photo’s or drawings too. A 50% deposit is required for most custom orders. 100% payment required on certain personalized items, such as names, dates, or anything out of ordinary. Once you submit your ideas to us on the custom order page, we will in turn get back to you with a design and a description or sketch if we can make it for you.
Allow plenty of time for your order. Once we decide to do your order, it takes 4-6 weeks to receive the item. There are always exceptions, we try to please!
